📚 What You Will Learn (Curriculum)

You’ll learn to:

  • Understand your responsibilities as a first aider

  • Assess incidents safely and call for help appropriately

  • Perform CPR & place casualty in recovery position

  • Manage choking, severe bleeding, burns & minor injuries

  • Recognise signs of shock and seizures
